Here at Alamance Family Dentistry, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care to all patients, regardless of whether or not you have insurance. Restoring your oral health and improving your health and function are our top priorities. To that end, we will work by your side to discuss your insurance benefits and put together a treatment schedule that fits your family’s needs. We believe that you should know all options & we will review the costs before we start any treatment so you can make an educated decision about your dental care. Please note that payment for services is expected at the time of treatment unless a different arrangement has been made between you and Alamance Family Dentistry.

Insurance Options

We get it: Figuring out insurance premiums can be a hassle. Our team is happy to discuss your insurance questions with you, including:

• Whether or not we accept your particular insurance plan
• The difference between estimated and actual expenses
• Whether or not our practice is within your insurance's network

Every insurance provider is a little bit different. While we can estimate your expenses based on our experience with your insurance provider, we don't always know exactly how much of a bill they will or will not cover. A dedicated team member will work alongside you to provide you with as much information to you by working with your provider by submitting your dental insurance claims on your behalf. Our office does not participate with Medicaid. We recommend you speak with your provider to learn about your plan's deductibles, covered expenses, and annual and life maximums. Knowing these things going into an appointment can make it easier for you & to make your time in our office as affordable as possible.
